Anniqa Meraj to Represent Pakistan in Historic Miss World 2026 Debut

Islamabad: Pakistan is set to make history at the 75th Miss World Festival as Anniqa Meraj has been crowned Miss World Pakistan 2026 and will become the country’s first-ever representative at the prestigious international pageant.

The 24-year-old will compete in the anniversary edition of the Miss World competition, scheduled to take place in Vietnam from August 9 to September 5, 2026, marking Pakistan’s debut on the Miss World stage.

Anniqa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Auditing and Accounting. Alongside her pageant journey, she has expressed ambitions of becoming a State-Authorised Public Accountant.

Beyond her academic and professional goals, Anniqa says she is passionate about promoting children’s rights and girls’ education. She hopes to use her platform to advocate for equal educational opportunities and contribute to a brighter future for Pakistan.

Pakistan’s participation in Miss World 2026 represents a significant milestone, placing the country on one of the world’s most recognized beauty and humanitarian platforms for the first time.
