Nothing has officially unveiled the Nothing Phone 4b, introducing its new budget-focused B-series with the largest battery ever fitted to a Nothing smartphone, while retaining the company’s signature transparent-inspired design and Glyph lighting.
The Phone 4b is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor and features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support and peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits. The device ships with Android 16-based Nothing OS 4.1 and comes with three years of Android updates and six years of security patches.
The biggest highlight is its battery. Indian buyers receive a massive 6,000mAh battery — the largest ever in a Nothing phone — while global markets get a 5,200mAh version. Both models support 33W wired fast charging, with the larger battery aimed at delivering extended daily usage.
For photography, the Phone 4b includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The handset also carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Nothing has retained its distinctive design language with a refined Glyph Bar LED notification system on the rear panel, available in Black, White and Blue finishes. The phone is offered with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of storage, depending on the market.
In India, the Nothing Phone 4b starts at Rs 29,999, positioning it below the Phone 4a series in the company’s lineup. The smartphone is also launching across Europe and selected global markets, although it will not be sold in the United States.
